I posted this note, which in itself is not very interesting, only to show Josh was sent these recipes in response to his request to Chief Mercredi.

The Chief was kind enough to send many recipes. Unfortunately, they didn't scan well, and had to be posted sideways to be big enough to read. Definately worth reading, though.
